I ordered a picture frame complete with a family photo of us all, for my Partner's birthday and it was ready the same day all labelled up awaiting collection from the nearest Max Speilman which is situated in a local Tesco store in Bridgend.
Superb service all round to honest.
I have used this company previously and they are very clever with the items they sell, and the service is top notch.
Thoroughly recommended.

Good service, overall, but had anticipated photographs to be ready for collection, given the time between ordering and collecting. I had to wait in the store while the online order was processed. However, the end product was excellent.

I ordered the one hour service at the Asda Aintree store. When I arrived a few hours later, I was told the machine wasn’t working so to just print them myself on the machine in-store!!! This only took a few minutes but as I had my 12 week old baby with me I wanted to be straight in and out. No idea why they couldn’t have used the customer machine if their behind the counter one wasn’t working. Waste of time and won’t use them again

The Lancaster branch was so helpful with my sons passport renewal, I can not thank them enough. Brilliant team the boys are . Fast service talked me through the form two weeks today I have it in my hand . Matty was very helpful and a delight to deal with . Will be recommending this service to my friend !

I went into the shop in Altrincham this week for a passport photo and unfortunately the staff was impatient and rude. The photo was fine but I was very unhappy with the experience. It’s a pity because in the past I was very happy with the service and the staff (the shop assistants were not the same)

Really nice photo glass coasters produced and received very quickly. Some of the batch were damaged due to rough handling in transit, but were replaced promptly when I sent photographic evidence.

I write to record the truly excellent service I received from Michelle at the Max Spielmann Norwich ASDA branch.
I had 1200 photos to print, no experience of the self-service machines and, being extremely Covid vulnerable, had special protective needs.
Michelle dealt with all this very cheerfully and helped me way beyond the call of duty. When the prints arrived she then undertook the time-consuming task of checking through each one to make sure all was in order before I returned to collect them.
I think this is absolutely first class service and I am extremely grateful to Michelle for all the care she took both of me and the prints: she is not only a very kind and helpful person but also clearly a great asset to her employer.

I would like to compliment the staff at Crossgates store. I visited yesterday morning and the 2 young women were so friendly, patient and helpful with all the customers. I have only recently got a smart phone and wanted to print out some photos. The person helping me was so patient, talking me through each step. She was very understanding and it was a pleasant experience. I will certainly return and recommend to others.

Ordered a photo book to celebrate our daughters achievement and her birthday cycling from London to Paris for Cure Leukaemia. The photos we used were of varying quality. The online order system was a challenge until you were used to its ways. The end result we were very pleased with. an The quality of the presentation justified the cost. We would order again

I had a photo restored .The gentleman was polite and I don’t like to complain but I have spent £30 on a gift and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.
1. I was not told that if the picture was enlarged that the pixelisation will be compromised.
2. The edges of the photo are missing in the frame . On both the right and left sides.
3 . No blending on where he has removed the rip . The wheel arch on the car is horrendous. You can see where the rip was.
4. The colour is more vibrant on the damaged image.
5. The image is rippled in the frame. ( I bought the frame from you ).

I personally feel I could of done the same using photoshop. I choose to go with yourselves as you are professionals in this aspect . I thought it would look professional

I have contacted via email and have been told I have to go back into store .
Which I feel is another issue in its self .
Also contacted customer services and I am still waiting on a response.

Excellent service. I was in a rush to catch the post with my driving licence application. I can honestly say for a passport picture from Gerri g to leaving was less than 5 minutes

09/07/2022 three of us went to get our passport photos done.
the person who was on shift was behaving as if we were asking for free service.
such a rude person.so short tempered and churlish. did not want to show the photo she clicked. doesn't have a clue of how to take a photo. one of the photos was overexposed and had glare on the side of face but she would not see it. just the worst experience i had and having paid 50 pounds for it. when we politely asked to retake the snap she got even more annoyed and made arrogant comments.!!
cant even give a single star for this service!!
the photos have been cut with top part of head cropped and i am not if this can be used for the passport application

excellent online ordering service. Quick delivery to the shop to pick up. Highly reccomended. Great quality prints

Ordered several prints , via online using Max Spielmans 5 day service. Photos loaded easily and paid easily. Website says that once prints are at the collection site , an email will be sent advising you of this . Clearly a breakdown in communication, no email and no text. After 10 days i contacted my local store , who basically hadnt got a clue about the service i had ordered with. They were unable to locate my prints and advised they would call me back. Eventually they found the prints and i was able to collect. Feedback to Max Spielman was met with an automated reply . Eventually an email came advising me of "some issues" with the service . I wonder if these were the same issues i experienced 3 yrs ago. Wont be using them in future , what is supposed to be easy and faster is a ball ache and easier to go into a shop and get them printed
